By accessing or using Orbio Cloud's fleet management platform and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Zitro Capital LLC dba Orbio Cloud (“Orbio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion for violation of these terms.
Orbio Cloud offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Plan details are available on our pricing page. Enterprise and custom plans are available for larger organizations.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. We do not store credit card numbers directly.

Opt-In Required: SMS messages are only sent to users who have explicitly opted in. We comply with TCPA, CTIA, and A2P 10DLC requirements.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and notification preferences.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Orbio Cloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ORBIO CLOUD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbio Cloud and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Data Retention: Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain longer.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
